House of Lords debate on Energy Bill |

Member company Hammonds' report on the debate in the HoL between 3 February and 12 February, when the Lords Grand Committee was considering the renewable energy sources clauses of the Energy Bill.
Given the procedures of a Grand Committee, no Opposition amendments were passed but some useful clarifications on the Bill were obtained. This Alert highlights the principal areas of debate and Opposition concern.
