YORKSHIRE FORWARD AND THE DTI SUPPORT DRAX POWER LIMITED AND RENEWABLE FUELS LTD IN PROPOSALS FOR ENERGY CROP TRIALS |

| Drax Power Limited (�Drax�) and Renewable Fuels Ltd (�Renewable Fuels�) have today announced that they are currently developing proposals to trial the techniques for processing and co-firing wood at Drax Power Station in Selby, North Yorkshire. Yorkshire Forward, the Regional Development Agency, and the Department of Trade and Industry (�DTI�) support the initiative as an important step towards developing an energy crop fuel supply infrastructure in Yorkshire. |
