REA Bioenergy Map
Submitted: 18 August 2006
La Tene Maps in association with the Renewable Energy Association has produced a printed, poster style map of Great Britain's bioenergy facilities

It includes
  • Dedicated and co-firing biomass power projects
  • Landfill gas, sewage gas and anaerobic digestion
  • Energy from waste plants
  • Heat only and CHP projects in categories listed above
  • Transport biofuel manufacturing facilities
  • Wood pellet and biomass fuel production facilities
Obtaining a copy of the map:
The map was launched at the Bioenergy 2006 conference in September. The map will also be made available at a variety of events over the coming year. If you would like a copy to be sent to you:

REA members- email , stating the number of copies you would like

Non REA members- please send a stamped, self addressed envelope to:

Please include a note stating how many copies you would like. There is no charge for the map, but it is important that you provide sufficient postage. For reference, each map weighs 90g, and is folded to A4 size.
