Consultation on Licence C16 (formerly AA4) Documents

Submitted:�20�October�2004

Please find attached a consultation document covering proposed changes to the Procurement Guidelines, Balancing Principles Statement, Applicable Balancing Services Volume Data Methodology Statement and Balancing Services Adjustment Data Methodology Statement.

The suggested changes are of a non-material nature and are required to accommodate:

The amended structure and section definitions of the Transmission Licence
introduced at BETTA go-active; and
A number of housekeeping changes.

This consultation is for a period of 28 days. A copy of this consultation and all associated change marked documents are attached to this e-mail and will also be available on the National Grid Industry Information web site shortly.
