First commercial wave power plant in UK is to be developed by REA members |

| KP Renewables PLC, one of the country�s leading renewable energy project developers, has just entered into a joint-development agreement with Wave Dragon Ltd to create what will become the UK�s first commercial-scale wave power station. |
| The first stage of the development, part funded by the Welsh European Funding Office, will see the deployment of a 7MW �Wave Dragon� off the coast of West Wales, near Milford Haven by Spring 2007. Once completed (subject to regulatory consents) the overall project will have a total capacity of 77MW. The attached release contains complete details. |
