REA & BWEA Members meet to discuss potential merger |

On Wednesday 20th September, members of the REA and the British Wind Energy Association met in London to discuss the proposed merger between the two associations. |
The presentation, which you can download below, outlines the discussion of the day and covers many aspects of the merger, including:
- arguments for, and benefits of the merger,
- how all sectors of the renewables industry will continue to be represented and addressed,
- the proposed operational and membership structures,
- the process and timeline for implementing a merger,
- the business plan,
- considerations of the name of the new association, currently favoured by members to be the Renewable Energy Association,
- and some frequently asked questions.
