Platts press release on latest ROC price predictions

Please find attached a press release from Platts, titled "The Renewable Obligation Certificate Prices to Crash by 2007".

Tthe Platts Renewable Obligation Certificate (ROC) Price Marker � is produced in conjunction with the Renewables Power Association, but the presentation of the results for the January update, attached, is Platts'.
