RPA represents renewable generators on the ISG
Submitted: 19 February 2004
The Implementation Steering Group was set up by Ofgem in September 2003. The purpose of the group is to provide guidance during the process of the introduction of a new the structure of distribution charges.

The group's terms of reference, along with notes of meetings can be accessed below.

The purpose of the group is to facilitate further discussion about the commercial, regulatory and technical aspects of Ofgem’s proposals for changes to the electricity distribution charges regime, and to assist Ofgem in ensuring that the changes are implemented in a robust, efficient and, where appropriate, consistent manner across all Distribution Network Operators (DNOs).

The group will provide a forum for discussion but will not have formal decision making powers and will not preclude a full consultation of the issues.
