HGCA report- Carbon and GHG Assurance for UK Bioethanol

This is a comprehensive report, published by the Home Grown Cereals Authority titled "Developiing Carbon and Greenhouse Gas Assurance for Bioethanol Production in the UK".

Authors are REA's Head of Biomass Peter Billins, Jeremy Woods and Richard Tipper.
The main constituents of the study are a description of the main requirements for an environmental assurance scheme for biofuels that would enable the GHG benefits to be quantified, and a "Greenhouse Gas Emissions Calculator" for bioethanol produced from wheat.
