CEL International is an engineering & project management organisation providing consultancy and EPCM project implementation expertise, principally for the process, energy, environmental and allied industries.
CEL offers business case, master planning and support services as well as traditional engineering and project implementation.
CEL has expertise in power projects and in environmental and renewable technology process plants, and is currently working on the first bioethanol plant in the UK. CEL also has specific expertise in land remediation technology.
